GoLogin Profiles With One SIM per Identity
GoLogin is the second antidetect browser we recommend, and the one to reach for if you work on Linux, want to open profiles from a phone, or prefer its way of sharing profiles across a team. The principle with SimProxies is the same as with any profile browser: one identity, one profile, one SIM, kept together for as long as the identity exists. This guide covers the GoLogin specifics, from entering the line to running the same profile on Android, and the habits that keep the pairing clean for a month.
Why GoLogin and a dedicated SIM suit each other
GoLogin stores the proxy on the profile and lets you check it before launch, which is the feature that matters most. A profile launched on the wrong line is the most common way an identity gets linked to another one, and a check button in the launch flow catches it. The dedicated SIM adds the other half: because nobody else uses the line, the address history GoLogin's profile builds is only yours, and because the plan is monthly the SIM does not change under the profile between logins.
GoLogin also runs on Android, which lets you open a profile from a phone over the same SIM. That is useful for accounts that expect an occasional mobile login, and it keeps the network side consistent.
Entering the line
Keep the SimProxies dashboard open; you will copy four values.
- Install GoLogin on Windows, Mac, Linux or Android and sign in. The free tier is enough to try the pairing.
- Create a profile. Let GoLogin generate the fingerprint, choosing the operating system the account normally sees.
- In the profile's proxy settings choose HTTP or SOCKS5, then paste the host, port, username and password from your SimProxies line. Use the port that matches the protocol.
- Press the proxy check. It should return a US carrier and the city of the SIM. If it returns a different country, the values were pasted into the wrong fields.
- Set the profile's time zone and language to match the SIM's city, or enable GoLogin's option to take them from the proxy if you prefer that it decides.
- Launch the profile and load an IP check page before any login. Confirm carrier and city, then proceed.
Running the same profile from Android
GoLogin's Android app can open a cloud profile with the same proxy attached. Because the proxy belongs to the profile, the phone connects through the same SimProxies SIM, and the site sees the same carrier and the same city it saw from the laptop. Use it the way a real person would: an occasional check from the phone, not a constant switching between devices. The address does not change when you switch, but the fingerprint does, and most platforms treat that as a normal second device rather than a problem, as long as it stays rare.
Team hygiene on shared profiles
GoLogin's sharing is convenient and also the easiest way to break the one-profile-one-SIM rule by accident. Two people opening the same profile at the same time from two machines produce two sessions on one SIM, which is fine for the network but odd for the site. Agree on who owns a profile, and keep a short list that maps profile to SIM to city to renewal date. When a plan renews, the SIM stays, so the list rarely changes; when someone moves a plan to another city, update the list and set the profile's time zone to match.
- One owner per profile at a time
- Profile, SIM, city, carrier and renewal date in one shared list
- Time zone follows the SIM's city, so a city move means a time zone change
- Renewals on, so a profile never wakes up on a different SIM
Rotation and sessions
Rotate from the SimProxies dashboard or the rotation link when you need a fresh address, and do it between GoLogin sessions. The new address comes from the same carrier in the same metro, so nothing in the profile needs to change. If a site holds a session open for days, leave the address alone for as long as it holds; a dedicated SIM that is kept busy tends to keep its address, and an idle one is the kind the carrier resets.
Troubleshooting
A failed proxy check is nearly always a port mismatch or a stray space in the password. A profile that connects but shows constant challenges usually has a fingerprint that disagrees with the address, most often the time zone. A profile that suddenly resolves to a neighboring city is seeing a geolocation database update and will settle. If you suspect the line itself, open the SimProxies dashboard and check its status, or ask support; we can see the modem from our side.
Frequently asked
Can I let GoLogin set the time zone from the proxy?
Yes, and it gets the metro right because the SIM's address resolves to its city. Check the result once after the first launch and leave it.
Does opening the profile on Android change my IP?
No. The proxy belongs to the profile, so the phone goes through the same SIM and the same address the laptop used. Only the device fingerprint differs.
What if a teammate opens the profile on the wrong proxy?
The account then has one login from another network in its history. Once is usually survivable; repeated mixing is not. Keep the profile-to-SIM list visible and the proxy check in the launch habit.
Which protocol should I use in GoLogin?
Either HTTP or SOCKS5. SOCKS5 also carries UDP. Choose one, match the port, and keep it the same on that profile.
