SimProxies Terms of Service

Version dated October 10, 2026. This page is the agreement that governs your use of SimProxies, and it is written to be understood on one reading. Opening an account, adding money to it, or routing traffic through a SIM you rented from us counts as agreeing to everything below. Questions about a clause are welcome before you rent; write to support and a person will explain what it means in practice.

The product, described exactly

You are renting the exclusive use of one carrier SIM card for a fixed period. The SIM is issued by AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, and we install it in a device we own in one of our US cities: a USB modem, a cellular router, or an Android handset, on 4G LTE or 5G. During your rental nobody else sends traffic through that SIM or that device. City, carrier and device type are chosen when you order, from whatever is in stock there at the time.

Access is by HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 login, with UDP available over SOCKS5. You may hold an address for as long as the carrier keeps the session open, and you may request a new one through the dashboard, a rotation link or the API as often as you like. The addresses themselves are the carrier's property: they are drawn from a regional pool, they are shared with the carrier's own subscribers, they can change when the carrier resets a session, and an earlier address can reappear. Throughput depends on radio conditions at the device. What we promise is the hardware, the SIM and the exclusivity; we make no promise about any specific address, any specific speed at a given moment, or how any third-party website will treat you.

Eligibility and your credentials

Customers must be adults, meaning 18 or older, with the legal capacity to contract. Registering for a company means you have authority to commit it. Dashboard passwords, API tokens and proxy logins are confidential; activity carried out with them is attributed to you. Report a suspected leak immediately and we will reissue them.

How billing works

SimProxies is prepaid. Money goes into your account balance and is spent on plans, or a plan is paid at checkout; either way payment precedes service. Where a plan renews, the renewal is collected ahead of the new term so the SIM is never interrupted. Prices can change over time, but a price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Refunds, credits for downtime and payment disputes are handled under the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Overdue amounts

An overdue amount can only arise in three situations: a renewal that failed to collect, an invoiced account, or a balance that has gone below zero. In each case we send a notice. Nothing happens to your SIMs for the first 24 hours after that notice; pay within it and the matter is closed.

If the amount remains unpaid when those 24 hours are up, all lines on the account are suspended. We hold the SIMs for you for another 24 hours, and settling the amount reactivates them. If 48 hours have passed since the notice and the amount is still outstanding, we release the SIMs back into inventory. Released lines are not restored, and no refund or credit is given for them or for any unused time, except where a manager has agreed a payment arrangement with you before the release.

These timings describe our usual practice; they are not a guarantee. Management may release the lines of an account in arrears at any time, including before 48 hours, without a further notice.

Prohibited uses

The lines are for lawful activity that respects the rules of every site and service reached through them. Renting a SIM from us changes your network route; it grants no permission that a platform has not given you. Any of the following results in closure of the account:

  • deception, scams, phishing, or presenting yourself as someone you are not
  • unsolicited bulk messages, whether email, SMS or in-app
  • spreading malicious software or controlling infected machines
  • flooding a host or network, or any other attack on availability
  • mass login attempts with stolen or guessed credentials
  • entering systems, accounts or data you have no right to enter
  • sexual content involving minors, which we also report to law enforcement
  • distributing material that violates someone's copyright or trademark
  • breaking the rules of a platform you reach through a line

Complaints about a line

Traffic contents are private to you; we neither read nor store them. Complaints from carriers, site operators, network owners or authorities are a different matter and are taken seriously. Handling one may mean examining the connection logs for the line, asking you to explain, and pausing the line or the whole account until the facts are clear. A complaint that is upheld can end the account for good. Lawful requests from authorities are answered as the law requires.

Unlimited data and the fair use rule

Unlimited means we do not count gigabytes and we do not impose an allowance. It does not mean a SIM can be driven at full throttle around the clock. Every line is a consumer SIM, and carriers monitor consumer plans; a SIM whose consumption looks nothing like a heavy phone user, sustained over days, is slowed or disconnected by the carrier, taking your line with it.

To keep that from happening we apply a fair use test: is the SIM doing proxy work, or is it being used for bulk transfer such as a download pipe, a streaming relay, torrent seeding or a file mirror? Bulk transfer, or consumption that stands out from a heavy phone user for days on end, may lead us to slow the line, pause it, ask you to spread the load across more SIMs, or suspend the account. Where possible we warn first; where the carrier has already acted or a suspension is imminent, we act without warning. Measures under this section are not downtime for the purposes of the Refund Policy. There is no published threshold, because the carriers publish none.

Intellectual property

The SimProxies website, dashboard, API, documentation and brand are ours or licensed to us. You may use them to operate the lines you rent. Copying them, lending your access to a third party, or reverse engineering them requires our written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is supplied as is and as available, and, so far as the law permits, without further warranties, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, interruption of business, or any ban, restriction or penalty a third-party platform applies to an account of yours. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the sum you paid SimProxies during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, from a breach of these terms, or from a breach of the law or of a third party's rights.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you wish. We can suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for abuse, or where a legal or compliance obligation requires it, and prior warning is not always possible.

Updates, governing law, contact

Updated terms are published on this page with a new date; continued use after publication is acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the US state where the operator of SimProxies is organized. Before taking a dispute anywhere else, raise it with support and let us try to resolve it. Email [email protected], or message @SimProxiesBot on Telegram; both are staffed by people.

Questions

Is unlimited data really unlimited?

For proxy work, yes: no counting, no allowance. The fair use rule exists only to stop bulk file transfer, which gets a consumer SIM cut off by the carrier.

What happens if a renewal fails to collect?

You receive a notice and nothing changes for 24 hours. After that the lines pause for 24 hours, and once 48 hours have passed since the notice the SIMs are released.

May a colleague use my line?

Connections from two people are fine within the line's connection limit, and both appear from the same SIM. Sharing the dashboard login itself is not permitted.
