Your Own T-Mobile SIM, Rented by the Month

A T-Mobile plan from SimProxies is one physical T-Mobile SIM in one 4G or 5G device in a US city, carrying only your traffic for the term you rent. Choose T-Mobile at checkout, pick a city, and your dashboard shows the host, ports and credentials. This page covers what a website sees from a T-Mobile SIM, where our T-Mobile stock sits, why it is our most common 5G line, and how to get a full month out of it.

What a site sees from a T-Mobile SIM

An IP lookup on one of our T-Mobile addresses returns T-Mobile USA as the network owner, under AS21928, the autonomous system T-Mobile uses for its wireless customers, with a cellular connection type. It is the carrier's own mobile network, the same one serving millions of T-Mobile phones, and sites treat it accordingly.

Like every US carrier, T-Mobile puts many phones behind each public address. The address your SIM is using is shared with ordinary subscribers in the same metro at the same time, which is why it is trusted and why reputation checkers can show it a high number at the same time. The modem behind it is not shared; on a SimProxies line the only behavior on your address is yours.

Where our T-Mobile SIMs live

T-Mobile SIMs are spread across all eight of our metros: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, North Carolina and Boston. T-Mobile is the carrier we hold most 5G stock on, so if the job needs 5G speed in a particular city it is the first one to ask about. Stock changes week to week; the checkout page shows what is free now, and support will confirm a city before you pay.

T-Mobile addresses geolocate to the metro the gateway serves in every city we run, including Boston, where T-Mobile reads as Boston rather than New York.

4G and 5G on T-Mobile

T-Mobile SIMs come on 4G LTE and 5G, in USB modems, cellular routers and Android phones. 4G typically runs 20 to 45 Mbps and 5G 50 Mbps and up, depending on signal at the device. T-Mobile's 5G footprint is wide in the cities we operate, which is why most of our 5G lines are T-Mobile. For verification and account work, 4G is sufficient; for uploads, media and anything that moves real data, the 5G line earns its price.

Rotation and sticky sessions on T-Mobile

Rotation drops the data session and opens a new one, and T-Mobile's regional gateway assigns an address from the same pool: sometimes new, sometimes one the SIM has used before, always T-Mobile in the same metro. Trigger it from the dashboard, the link, the API, a timer or by hand, as often as you like; nobody else can rotate your SIM.

Left alone, a T-Mobile SIM keeps its address until the carrier resets the session, which is infrequent on a busy line. For logins and long sessions, keep the line active and rotate between jobs, not during them.

Who picks T-Mobile

Customers choose T-Mobile for 5G speed, for matching a T-Mobile phone number on the account, or because T-Mobile is simply what is in stock in the city they need. The metro matters more than the carrier for geolocation, so if T-Mobile is available where you need to be, it is a safe default.

Renting a T-Mobile SIM

Pick a city, choose T-Mobile and the network at checkout, and the plan activates when paid. A 4G T-Mobile SIM is $5 a day, $28 a week or $65 a month; 5G is $6, $31 or $75. The month keeps the same SIM in the same device for thirty days, which is how the service is meant to be used. An hourly test is $2 for the first two hours on 4G and $3 on 5G, and the hours count toward a day if you keep the line.

T-Mobile proxy questions

Is T-Mobile the best choice for 5G?

It is the carrier we hold most 5G stock on, and its 5G footprint in our cities is wide. If 5G speed is the point, ask about T-Mobile first.

Does a T-Mobile address read as my city in Boston?

Yes. T-Mobile addresses from our Boston hardware geolocate as Boston.

How often does a T-Mobile SIM change address on its own?

Rarely on a busy line. Carrier session resets happen now and then; when they do, the modem reconnects and usually lands on a new address in the same metro.
