SimProxies Privacy Policy

Version dated October 10, 2026. Three facts first: the contents of what you send through a SIM are never inspected or recorded; the public website carries no trackers; and nothing we know about you is ever sold. The sections below explain, source by source, what we do collect and what becomes of it. A copy of your own records is available on request to [email protected].

Account records

Registration asks for an email address and a password; adding a name is up to you. The password is stored only as a salted hash. Each sign-in is logged with its time and origin so that both you and we can notice an unfamiliar one. Registration is protected by reCAPTCHA against automated sign-ups, and the dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in between pages.

Payment records

Different payment methods leave different traces with us:

  • Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. Card numbers and PayPal credentials stay with them; we receive a confirmation and a reference, never a full card number.
  • Cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum leave a transaction identifier and the receiving address, both already public on the chain.
  • Zelle and wire transfers leave the sender's name and the reference used to match the transfer to your account.

Line usage records

The contents and destinations of your traffic are not logged, stored or examined. What the system records is operational metadata: session start and end times, bytes moved per line, and the client addresses that connected to the line. This metadata supports network operations, correct billing, the fair use rule, abuse prevention, and responding to a complaint about an address your line used.

Metadata is looked at by a person only when something needs attention: a billing question, a fair use review, an abuse complaint, or a fault on the line. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not combined with data from anywhere else.

Website visits

The public site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. Reading it leaves no profile of you anywhere. The IP checker and proxy checker tools query public lookup services about whatever address you enter and discard the result once it is shown.

Telegram

Using @SimProxiesBot is optional. Conversations through it are retained so support has the history when you return. Email gives the same service without Telegram.

Disclosure to others

Personal data is never sold. It is shared only where the service cannot function without it, for instance a payment provider processing your payment, or where a valid legal demand compels disclosure.

Retention periods

Account records persist for the life of the account. Financial records are retained for the period tax and accounting rules require, which may run beyond the closure of the account. Line usage metadata is retained briefly for operations and complaint handling, then deleted.

When an account is closed, its account records are removed on the schedule above, and any Telegram history tied to it is deleted at the same time.

Access, correction and deletion

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account to see the personal information we hold, correct it, obtain a copy, or have it erased. Where a record must legally be kept, we will identify it and explain why.

The service is restricted to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Revisions to this policy appear here with a new date.

Questions

Can you see which sites I visit through my SIM?

No. Only session metadata such as timing and data volume is recorded, never contents or destinations.

Are there analytics or advertising scripts on the site?

None. The public site sets no tracking cookies and loads nothing from analytics or ad networks.

How do I get my account deleted?

Email support from the account's address. Financial records that the law obliges us to keep are the only exception, and we will say which ones.
