How Refunds Work at SimProxies
Version dated October 10, 2026. Two rules cover almost every refund we process. Inside the first 24 hours of a plan, the full amount is refundable without explanation. After that, whatever portion of the term you have not used is refundable, calculated by days. The rest of this page covers where the money goes, how downtime and accidental renewals are handled, the exceptions, and how to make a request. Support applies this page as written.
The first 24 hours
A plan cancelled inside 24 hours of activation is refunded in full. You are not asked why. Ordering the wrong city, needing a different carrier, a project that disappeared, a line that is not what you wanted: all qualify.
Later in the term
A plan can be cancelled at any point and the remaining days are refunded in proportion. Halfway through a monthly plan, about half the price comes back; with ten days of thirty left, about a third. Days already elapsed are charged in full, because the SIM was exclusively yours for them. Data volume plays no part in the calculation.
Cancellation is done from the dashboard or by asking support. The refund is calculated from the moment the plan is cancelled, so cancelling promptly when a job ends is the way to keep the most of it.
Balance first, wallet on request
Refunded amounts are credited to your SimProxies balance the moment they are processed and can be spent on a new plan or a renewal straight away, with no bank or card network in the way. Prefer the money in your own wallet? Say so in the request and it is sent within 24 hours, minus whatever the network or bank charges for the transfer.
Downtime caused by us
When a line is down due to our hardware or our network, the lost time is added to the plan, at minimum. This is usually done without a request; if you notice it has not been, tell support and it will be applied. A slowdown or pause under the fair use rule in the Terms does not count as downtime.
Accidental renewals
An automatic renewal starts a new term, and a new term gets the same first-24-hours rule. Report an unwanted renewal within 24 hours of it and the full renewal amount is credited back. Reported later, the unused days are refunded as for any other cancellation.
Turning auto-renew off in the dashboard before the term ends prevents the question from arising at all; we recommend leaving it on only for SIMs that carry something you intend to keep.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- days already used on a functioning line
- accounts terminated for abuse or breach of the Terms
- action taken against your account by a third-party website or app, which is that platform's decision rather than a defect in the line
- hourly plans, which are consumed as they run and do not renew
Making a request
Contact [email protected] or @SimProxiesBot on Telegram, name the order or the line, and state whether the refund should stay as balance or be paid to your wallet. Expect a reply inside 24 hours; wallet payouts go out inside 24 hours as well.
Disputes and second opinions
Please contact support before involving your bank; we resolve nearly everything faster than a chargeback process does. An open chargeback or payment dispute places the account on hold until it is settled. If you believe a decision was wrong, continue the same support thread and ask for a review by someone else.
Questions
Is there a trial period?
No trial, and none is needed: rent a SIM for a day or test it by the hour, and cancel inside the first 24 hours of a plan for a full refund if it is not right.
Am I refunded if a platform bans my account?
The ban itself is not refundable, since it is the platform's decision. The unused days of the plan still are, if you cancel.
How is a partial refund worked out?
By whole days left on the plan. How much data the SIM carried makes no difference.
